ETFs - Australian Shares - Sectors

There are a number of reasons why investors may want to invest in something more focussed than a broad Australian Equity index.

You may be looking for a specific asset allocation - eg. 20% Australian listed property. Or you may take the view that a particular sector is undervalued right now, or that the long term prospects of a particular sector are better than the market as a whole.

For whatever reason, there are a number of ETFs which allow you to drill into specific sectors with your investment portfolio. What follows is a list of the Australian sector-specific ETFs.

ASX Code Name Benchmark Management Fee
SLF SPDR S&P/ASX 200 Listed Property Fund S&P/ASX 200 A-REITs 0.4%
OZR SPDR S&P/ASX 200 Resources Fund S&P/ASX 200 Resources 0.4%
VAP Vanguard Australian Property Securities Index ETF S&P/ASX 300 A-REITs 0.25%
