The Market Vectors Small Cap Dividend Payers ETF concentrates on dividend payers at the smaller end of the market. According to the Market Vectors website, the fund "covers companies ranking between 90% and 98% of the free-float market capitalisation" of the Australian market. It only includes companies who made their last dividend payment.
